Return and Exchange Info

LAYOP accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on all full priced items. All items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in the same condition they were received. All LAYOP Last Chance Items are sold as-is as final sales. LAYOP does not accept returns or exchanges for Last Chance products

To initiate a return or exchange, use the Start a Return/Exchange button below. You will be prompted to enter your order number and additional information (zip code, e-mail or phone number.) Follow the on-screen prompts to carry out the process of your return and/or exchange. You will receive a prompt for the return label as you continue to follow the steps on screen.

Returns and exchanges can be returned in packaging that ensures safe, undamaged shipment of the product.

International Orders

Due to the high cost of shipping internationally, we cannot accept returns and/or exchanges for any international orders at this time. If you think your item may be defective, please email customerservice@layop.com.

*Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

*Some countries may impose additional taxes or duties (i.e. VAT) and, if so, these are the responsibility of the customer. Packages will be returned to the US if unclaimed, and we can not refund shipping for these cases. The time a country holds a package in customs varies and we do not have means of contacting these offices.

LAYOP Rewards

For LAYOP customers, we offer a rewards program that allows you to earn points for showing support to the brand. You can earn points for your purchase, signing up for a free account, engaging with us on social media and leaving a review on your purchase. Those points can be redeemed to discounts on future purchases with LAYOP. You will receive your unique code when you are ready to take advantage of those savings earned. Points earned but not redeemed will expire 6 months after issued. We are working on providing you with regular notifications to use your points before they expire, so you can take advantage of this amazing program.
