Standard shipments are sent through USPS free of charge within the continental United States. The cost for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S Virgin Islands is $8.95.
Packages usually reach their destination in 3-7 business days, but occasionally take longer. Orders require 1-2 business days to process.
Expedited shipments are sent by UPS Priority Mail within the continental United States for $8.95 The cost for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S Virgin Islands is $11.
Packages usually reach their destination in 2-3 business days, but occasionally take longer. Orders received after 10am Pacific Time require +1 day to process.
Most standard shipments are sent through USPS, but are handed off to your local mail carrier once it arrives in the destination country.
Orders typically take 7-21 business days to reach international destinations, but can sometimes take as long as 4-6 weeks for some destinations. It ultimately depends on where you live and what you've ordered...we wish we could give better specifics that that, but due to the complexities of international shipping we cannot. Orders require +1 day to process.
We currently do not offer an expedited service internationally, due to the extremely high cost.
Some countries apply duties or VAT on shipments received from the United States. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. LAYOP will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.
You will receive an e-mail or SMS notification containing your tracking number as soon as the shipping label is printed. You can track your package from here using this information and filling out the details below.
This tracking information may take up to 12 hours to be available.
