Where is it Shipped From?

Orders are shipping from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV.

Economy Shipping:

Economy shipments are sent through USPS, calculated based upon weight from our carrier. 

Orders over $49 are shipped for free.

Packages usually reach their destination in 3-7 business days, but occasionally take longer. Orders require 1-2 business days to process.

First Class Shipping:

First Class shipments are sent through USPS, calculated based upon weight from our carrier.

Packages usually reach their destination in 2-3 business days, but occasionally take longer. Orders require 1-2 business days to process.

Priority Shipping:

Priority shipments are sent through USPS, calculated based upon weight from our carrier.

Packages usually reach their destination in 1-2 business days, but occasionally take longer. Orders require 1-2 business days to process.

Express Shipping:

Express shipments are sent by USPS Priority Mail, calculated based upon weight from our carrier.

Orders $99 and over are shipped for free within the Continental US

Packages usually reach their destination in 1-2 business days, but occasionally take longer. Orders received after 10am Pacific Time require +1 day to process.

USPS Priority Mail Express:

Priority Mail Express are sent by USPS, calculated based upon weight from our carrier.

Packages usually reach their destination in 1 business day, but occasionally take longer. Orders received after 10am Pacific Time require +1 day to process

Ship Outside USA

Standard International Shipping:

Most standard shipments are sent through USPS, but are handed off to your local mail carrier once it arrives in the destination country.

Orders typically take 7-21 business days to reach international destinations, but can sometimes take as long as 4-6 weeks for some destinations. It ultimately depends on where you live and what you've ordered...we wish we could give better specifics that that, but due to the complexities of international shipping we cannot. Orders require +1 day to process.

Expedited International Shipping:

We currently do not offer an expedited service internationally, due to the extremely high cost.

VAT & Duties:

Some countries apply duties or VAT on shipments received from the United States. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. LAYOP will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.

Shipping Confirmation:

You will receive an e-mail or SMS notification containing your tracking number as soon as the shipping label is printed. You can track your package from here using this information and filling out the details below.

This tracking information may take up to 12 hours to be available.

Past Orders:

You can view all past orders and see the status of the shipment by logging into your account.

Issues With Tracking Info:

Lost Package

LAYOP will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit.
