This year, LAYOP would like to bring you more video content. We aim to truly explain and clearly define what it really means to "live at your own pace." The concept of LAYOP makes so much sense to us but sometimes can be difficult for others to visualize. 

Every month, we would like to offer help and advice on how you can LAYOP within your daily life. For February, we chose to focus on the benefit of adding a morning physical fitness routine to your daily schedule. We understand that everyone has different fitness goals, but no matter what they are, working out in the morning has amazing benefits that can help you throughout the day.
